Yves, winner of the International De Beers Award has segued seamlessly from internationally renowned jewelry designer to designing unique living spaces created always with a sophisticated sense of warmth and whimsy. He is known for re-invigorating and re-imagining the impossible by breathing new life into any environment he takes on, from outside and in.
His work has been featured in numerous magazines including the New York Times, The Los Angeles Times and recently a ten page, full-colour spread in Naturally Magazine.
Yves has designed everything from furniture to lighting and gardens. His mission is to create striking and desirable spaces by traveling the world to find stuffing fabrics, beautiful art work and rare objects. All this, along with his gift to finding the unusual that he magically transforms into spectacular pieces.
Yves loves working with his clients giving them the permission to break free of the on-trend and unsurprising, instead creating inspired places to play, work and live loud or in harmony with nature.
Yves has the ability to take the past and make it new and exciting. His instincts and talent work in absolute harmony with the architect's vision.
He has re-imagined the mid century wonders of Palm Springs, brought nature inside through light and landscaping in the seemingly barren high dessert. His Connecticut glass house transports the owners into a timeless classic. In Manhattan he worked with the condo-board to transform a tired lobby of a fabled Fifth Avenue building to reflect the grandeur of the 1940's.
